Anya Carrillo knows what it means to hold it all together—on the job site, in the office, and at home.With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State LA, Anya has lived the reality of being a woman in a space traditionally dominated by men. She didn’t just observe the industry—she immersed herself in it, learning the ins and outs of what it truly takes to run a successful contracting business.The journey wasn’t easy. Breaking into the construction world came with resistance, obstacles, and more than a few moments of doubt. But those challenges shaped Anya into the strong, resourceful leader she is today.After marrying her husband—a contractor—Anya brought her business expertise and industry knowledge into their family business. She quickly became the silent force behind the scenes: managing the books, organizing the operations, and helping the business grow.But what stood out to her most wasn’t just the work—it was the other women. She noticed how many wives, partners, and women in the industry were overwhelmed, under-supported, and trying to juggle business tasks without training, systems, or community.So, she created one.BuildHER Pro Solutions was born out of Anya’s passion to empower women—to equip them with tools, knowledge, and confidence to not only support their contractor partners but also take ownership of their role as leaders in the business.Today, Anya is committed to building a space where women can connect, learn, grow, and thrive in an industry that was never built with them in mind—until now.
